Who we are

FLOOR 41 is a video game. The data controller is the owner of the FLOOR 41 project. Contact: through the waitlist form on the home page.

What we collect

• Waitlist: your email address, the role you select (player, student, university, investor, press, other), your language and the date of your consent.
• Beta accounts: email address, a one-way hash of your password (never the password itself), your in-game character and game activity (simulated trades, messages to in-game characters, career history).
• Voice (optional): if you use the call feature, short recordings of your voice are converted to text on our own server and deleted immediately; the characters’ voices are synthesised on the same server. No voice data is sent to third parties.
• Technical data: IP addresses are processed in memory for rate limiting and abuse protection; the web server keeps standard access logs for security for a short period.

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. The game uses one technical cookie to keep you logged in.

Why and on what legal basis

• Sending beta invitations and FLOOR 41 updates — your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
• Running your beta account and the game — performance of the service you asked for.
• Security and abuse prevention — legitimate interest.

Where and how long

Data is stored on servers in the European Union (Germany). Waitlist data is kept until you unsubscribe or until 24 months after the public launch, whichever comes first. Beta account data is kept while your account exists. We do not sell your data and we do not share it with third parties for marketing.

In-game characters may generate dialogue through an external language-model provider; only game context (never your email or password) is sent for that purpose.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, export or delete your data, withdraw consent, or object to processing by contacting us. You can also lodge a complaint with your data protection authority (in Italy, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).

Minimum age

The beta is for people aged 16 or older. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone younger; if you are under 16, or you believe someone under 16 has an account, write to us and we will delete it.

FLOOR 41 is a game. All money, portfolios and careers are simulated. Nothing in the game is investment advice.

Quali dati raccogliamo

• Lista d'attesa: indirizzo email, il ruolo che scegli (giocatore, studente, università, investitore, stampa, altro), la lingua e la data del consenso.
• Account beta: indirizzo email, un hash irreversibile della password (mai la password), il personaggio e l'attività di gioco (operazioni simulate, messaggi ai personaggi, storia di carriera).
• Voce (facoltativa): se usi le chiamate, brevi registrazioni della tua voce vengono trasformate in testo sul nostro server e cancellate subito; le voci dei personaggi sono sintetizzate sullo stesso server. Nessun dato vocale va a terzi.
• Dati tecnici: gli indirizzi IP sono trattati in memoria per limitare gli abusi; il server web conserva per breve tempo i normali log di accesso per sicurezza.

Non usiamo cookie pubblicitari o di tracciamento. Il gioco usa un solo cookie tecnico per mantenere l'accesso.

Perché e con quale base giuridica

• Inviti alla beta e aggiornamenti su FLOOR 41 — consenso, revocabile in ogni momento.
• Gestione dell'account beta e del gioco — esecuzione del servizio richiesto.
• Sicurezza e prevenzione degli abusi — legittimo interesse.

Dove e per quanto tempo

I dati sono conservati su server nell'Unione Europea (Germania). I dati della lista d'attesa sono conservati fino alla cancellazione o fino a 24 mesi dopo il lancio pubblico, se prima. I dati dell'account beta finché l'account esiste. Non vendiamo i dati e non li cediamo a terzi per marketing.

I personaggi del gioco possono generare dialoghi tramite un fornitore esterno di modelli linguistici; a tale scopo viene inviato solo il contesto di gioco (mai email o password).

I tuoi diritti

Puoi chiedere accesso, rettifica, portabilità o cancellazione dei dati, revocare il consenso od opporti al trattamento contattandoci. Puoi anche proporre reclamo al Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.

Età minima

La beta è riservata a chi ha almeno 16 anni. Non raccogliamo consapevolmente dati di persone più giovani: se hai meno di 16 anni, o pensi che un account appartenga a un minore di 16 anni, scrivici e lo cancelliamo.
